Rollins Campus Center is a new $41 million 121,000 square foot building located in Young Harris, Georgia. The three and a half story structure contains a 60,000 square foot multi-purpose student center, an expanded dining hall, a 350-seat, versatile banquet facility and a 40,000 square foot modern library.
The sustainable features of the building include a geothermal exchange system of 180 wells that heat and cool the building using a multi-stack water-water chiller serving radiant four-pipe chilled beams, and radiant hydronic heated floors. High performance glass, sun shade overhangs, and an advanced lighting control system also were a part of this project.
