AdventHealth Clermont Health Park is a new free-standing two-story 36,000 GSF medical office building designed by Little Architects and TLC Engineering. The building is located directly adjacent to the new Clermont ED.
Mechanical system includes an air-cooled chiller, two air handlers serving constant volume terminal units with electric reheat and five exhaust fans. KLG Jones provided full commissioning services for the mechanical, electrical (normal and emergency), and plumbing systems. The drawings and MEP submittals were reviewed.
Periodic site visits were made to inspect the construction, witness equipment startups, and hold commissioning meetings. Custom functional performance tests were prepared and the functional testing was conducted in a team format with the contractors.
The facility passed AHCA (state) inspections on schedule and opened on time, providing concierge-level care.
