KLG Jones was selected to provide full commissioning services for the new LEED certified corporate headquarters and research facility for Hubbell Lighting. The new facility houses the engineering, marketing, planning, sales, financial, credit and administrative functions for the company. Space types include development laboratories, offices, auditorium, and display space.

KLG Jones provided full commissioning services for the new LEED certified corporate headquarters campus for TD Bank in Greenville, SC. When complete the campus will contain four office buildings totaling 350,000 square feet and a large conference center. Commissioning services were provided to fulfill the LEED Energy and Atmosphere prerequisite as well as the enhanced commissioning credit point.
