KLG Jones provided full commissioning
services for the Mechanical
and Electrical Systems
in the building as required for
LEED certification. Mechanical
systems included rooftop air
handling units for the main plant
and a VAV system for the front
office. Natural gas was the primary
source of heating for the
rooftop equipment with electric
heat at the VAVs. Lighting
controls were primarily an occupancy
sensor based system
for the interior with a photocell
and time clock based system
for the exterior.
